How to make this natural energy drink?
- 6 bags of green tea
- 250 ml water
- The juice of 4 lemons
- Mint leaves (optional)
Put the green tea bags in hot water and keep them for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, squeeze 4 lemon and in the juice add a natural sweetener of your choice. Add a few ice cubes in the green tea and let it cool. Add the lemon juice, stir and optionally insert mint leaves for extra flavor and decoration. Enjoy!
