Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 glass of water
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2tsp. honey
Preparation Method
- Heat the water. When it is boiling remove it from the heat and add the slice of ginger along with the cinnamon sprig. Cover the container where the ingredients have been deposited and let stand for about 10 – 15 minutes.
- When the 10 minutes have passed, the ginger tea is passed through a colander to remove the large pieces, you can add a little honey to sweeten it and enjoy the great benefits of this great tea.
- This remedy must be taken twice a day, 1 teaspoon until the pain is relieved.
