You are probably well aware of the healing properties of cinnamon and honey, regardless of whether they are combined or used alone. But, do you know that this combination can help you lose excess pounds without any special effort?

In this article we give you a delicious, easy-to-make drink that will boost your metabolism and help you lose weight even while you watching your favorite TV show.

Of course, we are not saying that you should stop going to the gym or forget about your regular workout. Our idea is to give you other solutions for the days when you will wake up lazy, feeling like not doing anything. And this drink is everything you need.

Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Preparation:

Note: You can add more or less of the ingredients, but make sure you always use two parts of honey and one part of cinnamon.

Boil your water and stir the cinnamon in. Cover and let it rest until it cools to the temperature at which you can drink it. Stir in some organic honey. Remember, you should never add honey in hot water, because the heat destroys its nutrients and enzymes.

Drink half of the drink before you go to bed. Keep the rest of it in your fridge and drink it in the morning. Be careful, you should not reheat it.

And that is pretty much everything you need to do. Cinnamon and honey give optimal results when consumed on an empty stomach.
