Ingredients:


  • 2 l of water
  • 1 medium sliced lemon
  • 12 small spearmint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a large pitcher, than leave it overnight to blend. You can drink it in the morning, to get rid of the toxins out of the body. Easy weight loss!

Flush Cleansing and Detoxification Water

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • ½ gallon of water
  • 2 peppermint or mint leaves
  • 1 sliced tangerine,
  • 6 wedges of grapefruit
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

Preparation:
Rinse the cucumber and the peppermint leaves together with all the other fruits. Then slice the tangerine (or peel), cucumber and grapefruit. Mix all the ingredients in water. Then allow it to sit for about two hours. Stir it and drink it throughout the whole day.
