The mixture of cinnamon and ginger tea has powerful effects against bacteria, speeds up metabolism and helps fight against cancer.

To prepare the tea, add a half cup of red pepper, half a tablespoon of cinnamon and ginger powder. This combination provides a great fat burning. Tea is drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.

Honey and Cinnamon Tea 

Cinnamon has an amazing ability to activate the process of weight loss because it contains substances that reduce blood sugar levels which makes cinnamon great in the treatment of diabetes.

For the preparation of this tea you will need 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Pour hot water over the cinnamon and leave the mixture to stand still for half an hour.

In one liter of boiling water put 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and once it cools down add 2 tablespoons of honey and let the mixture stand overnight in the refrigerator. Drink half a cup of this tea in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping. The weakening begins when the body will get rid of all that things that bothered its normal work, things such as fungi, parasites, toxins and fats in the blood.
