Take dumbbells in your hand and stand tall. Squeeze your body muscles and then press the weight over your head till your arms are straight. Make a pause for a few seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat it 15 times.
4. Lateral Raises
Start standing with dumbbells in your hands by your sides. Then lift the dumbbells to your side with a slight bend on the elbows till your arms are parallel to the ground. Hold the position for several seconds and then lower your arms in the starting position. Repeat it ten times.
