Have you ever wondered why most of the Asian people have a fit body and an attractive figure? Well, the reason for that certainly is a healthy diet that is free from saturated fats and refined sugar. Moreover, people in Asia eat small portions and their meals are served in small bowls.
Almost all Asian meals contain rice, which usually is combined with meat, fruits, and veggies. As a replacement for rice, many people eat corn, noodles (made with integral flour) or integral bread.

Asian diet plan:
Breakfast
Paper a small portion of cooked millet into a skimmed milk and drink a cup of green tea with lemon.
Snack
You can eat 1 grapefruit or 1 orange and drink a cup of green tea or eat a mixture of chopped fruit and low-caloric yogurt.
Lunch
Eat a portion of integral rice and cooked tomato sauce and some veggies.
Another option is eat baked potato spiced with vinegar and lemon or eat chicken.
Snack
Drink a cup of green tea or chamomile tea. Also, you can drink skimmed milk.
Dinner
- Eat a mixture of broccoli and other green veggies, shredded or chopped chicken.
- Spice the salad with olive oil and a bit of lemon.
Late Night Snack
- Drink a cup of milk or green tea.
- Note: you should not add any sweeteners to the tea.
