Ingredients:          


  • 1  1/2 cup  pineapple chunks
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 tbls. cinnamon
  • a thumb size  piece of ginger
  • 1 /2 cup purified water

 Preparation:

 Cut the cucumber in tiny pieces and squeeze well until you get a great amount of the cucumber juice. Finely chop the pineapple chunks and   put them in a juicer together with the squeezed juice from the lemons and the grapefruit and at the end add the cinnamon. Juice everything well and serve immediately in glasses.  Garnish with  cherries or according to wish.
