2. Garcinia Cambogia is thought to have a dual action: it suppresses the appetite and converts fats into energy (glycogen). It blocks the formation of fat in the liver: the liver converts sugars and carbohydrates into fat and Garcinia Cambogia blocks the enzyme that converts the sugar into fat.
