7 Days – 15 Pounds – Eat Right and Lose Weight with this Diet Plan!

This diet plan is based on eggs and chicken, and not everyone can bear the quantity of this products. But this diet  is effective and will help you to lose weight in a funny way. You just need to follow the rules and the diet plan and the results will come.

Weekly menu for this Diet Plan:

Monday

  • Breakfast: 2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup sour milk.
  • Lunch: 200 g cooked chicken, 1 cup sour milk.
  • Dinner: 1 orange,1 boiled egg, cooked chicken 150 gr.


Tuesday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup Fresh lemon.
  • Lunch: 1 grapefruit, baked fish 150 gr, 1 glass of mineral water.
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup milk.


Wednesday

  • Breakfast: 1 glass of mineral water with a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: boiled beef 200 g, 1 grapefruit.
  • Dinner: 3 boiled eggs, 1 cup of mineral water.


Thursday

  • Breakfast: scrambled eggs and 3 mixed vegetables.
  • Lunch: salad, cooked chicken 150 gr.
  • Dinner: 2 oranges, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of mineral water.


Friday

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled salad of carrots, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream.
  • Lunch: 2 fresh carrots , 1 cup orange juice.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of fish with lemon juice, 1 boiled egg , 1 cup of mineral water.


Saturday

  • Breakfast: 150 g of yogurt, 1 cup mixed citrus juice.
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 2 smoothies.
  • Dinner: only mineral water.


Sunday

  • Breakfast: grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: 200 g boiled beef, 1 orange.
  • Dinner: only mineral water.
