An Incredible Drink That Will “Shape” Your Abs in Just One Week

The summer season is about to start very soon and you still have a few pounds you desperately want to lose. That is why we are glad to reveal to you a recipe for a miraculous drink that will help you lose those extra pounds and flatten your stomach in a very short period. Aside from its great effectiveness, this drink is incredibly delicious.

All the ingredients contained in this drink have their own unique function, thus they all contribute to its ultimate effectiveness. Cranberries are well-known powerful antioxidants, lemons and oranges are true vitamin bombs against fats, and spices are known to reduce the feeling of hunger, as well as boost metabolism.

Ingredients needed:


  • 2 l cranberry juice (the cranberry juice should be diluted with distilled or boiled water)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground walnuts
  • 2 dl freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 dl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Optional: you can add stevia for a sweeter taste


Preparation:

Warm up the cranberry juice at low heat and add the spices. Cook at low heat for about 15 minutes and then leave the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
Add the orange and lemon juice, and add a pinch of stevia depending on your taste (optional ingredient).
Store the drink in the fridge.
Consume this drink twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach, and once in the evening before you go to sleep.

The recommended daily dose is 2 dl.
